Cancellation Policy

We keep a technician's time free for every appointment, so please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change.
How much notice we need
- Regular appointments: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Same-day appointments: cancel at least 4 hours before the appointment time.
How to cancel
- Call 604.398.4009 or email [email protected].
- Outside office hours, leave a voicemail with your name, service address and appointment time.
- Please make sure you receive a confirmation that your appointment was cancelled — you're responsible for getting it.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If an appointment isn't cancelled within these times, or no one is at the address during the appointment window, a fee of $65 + GST applies. Payment is due within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
New garage door installations
A rescheduling fee may apply if no one is home or the site isn't ready on the installation date. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
