All appointments have to be canceled 24 hours in advance.
The client is responsible for receiving the confirmation, time and date of cancellation.
For cancellations after hours, please leave a detailed message: name, address and time of appointment.
If an appointment was booked on the same day, the minimum cancellation period is 4 hours before the appointment. If these booking cancellations are not completed, the cost of the service is $65 + GST.
Payment is required within 24 hours of the initial appointment.
